Hi,

Yes I got my passport back and Alien Card back. Thank you, everything is going great here! I'm very happy in my new job and the school students and teachers are wonderful.

Thanks for all your help!

Andrea

Hi Soon,

I haven't had a chance to speak to you since I've moved to Korea. I'd just wanted to say thank you so much for fixing me up with this job in Namyangju. I am having a great time so far, and am very happy here in South Korea.

I have a friend who is visiting me in Namyangju at the moment, and I was wondering if you knew of any other teaching positions in the area. He's looking for a teaching job here as well. If you know of any availabilities, I will let him know how much of a help you've been and refer you to him! He is ready to begin ASAP.

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks again!

Sincerely,

Krisela

Hi Soon Chan!

How are you? I just wanted to send you a greeting from Uijeongbu. I have finally settled in. My apartment in fantastic and the teachers here are really friendly and helpful. I am so glad you found me this school. I couldn't ask for better. Thank you so much for all your hard work and effort. Have a wonderful day!

Best regards,

Hoa Nguyen

Dear Soon,

I would just like to extend my thanks to you. I am really enjoying my job here at Gwangil Elementary. I really like the kids and the other teachers, as well my apartment is not too far from Seoul, so that is great.

Thank you for your continued concern and dedication. I really want to thank you for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend your company in the future.

All the best,

Sheena

Hi Soon Chan,

I just wanted to send you a quick email to say hello. All is well here in Korea : ) I am really enjoying teaching, as the children are very kind and the teachers have been an amazing help. I just finished a week of introductions and have started teaching actual lessons. Although challenging at times, it has been great so far. I am curious, where in Korea are you from? Ansan is really cool and the food has been really good. We went to Seoul for the first time on Saturday and what a big city it is. Brian and I are looking forward to exploring the country. If you have any recommendations of your favorite places to visit here, I would love to hear them. FYI, the school is currently processing the airfare reimbursement.
Anyway, just wanted to say hello. I look forward to hearing from you.

Whitney

Hi Soon,

Everything is good. The staff is really nice and the students are sweet. I like where I'm staying. I'm just getting adjusted to the work and time zone. I've been really tired and sleeping strange hours, but I'm sure it will all adjust over time.
This seems like a good situation.
Thank you for checking in.

Warm regards,

Josee

Hello,

All is well here in Ansan. I am loving Korea so far. What an amazing culture! The staff has been very helpful and we are all getting along very well. Thank you for asking.

At the end of your email you mentioned that a free cellphone could be provided to me for 9,000 won. I would like to accept that offer. (Brian would like a phone too if the offer is open to him). I heard that I need an ARC before getting a cellphone. Would that be the case for this phone or would we be able to use it right away? More details on this are appreciated.

I hope all is well in Vancouver, and I look forward to hearing more about the cellphone. Have a good day!

Hello

Thanks for the follow-up. Well I am satisfied with my accomadation. I have like 3 bedrooms. It's very big indeed. The staff are nice and also the students. I started the 1 st of April but are still introducing myself to students this week.
The only small thing is that seems like I won't get paid for my TESOL course. But otherwise I am saitsfied with everything. I like the area, fresh air every day. The food at school are also nice.

Regards

Leonora

Hello

I'm doing very well. I'm really enjoying my public school job, though it is quite a lot different from what I'm used to. I have so many students but they are very well behaved...for the most part and teaching with a co teacher, though strange at the beginning, is really starting to feel very comfortable. They gave me my own office with computer, which is great and everyone is exceptionally nice to me! Its a great job, thanks so much. You were very helpful. Rori also started her new job on Monday, so far she is enjoying it alot too. Will I be getting a referral fee soon? Talk to you soon

Jenny

Hello Soon Chan,

I wanted to let you know that I have given your contact info to my friend, Evan Rea. He will be sending you an e-mail sometime today. Everything is going really well at my school. Thank you again for all of your help.

Brian

Everything's going well! I really love my new apartment and the school is really great, too. All of the teachers are very welcoming, especially my Korean co-teachers who are really helpful and patient with me as I get used to a new school! Thank you for all your help!!
